Bookings and Diagnosis
Bookings are made by phone. A plumber diagnoses the problem on site, and the repair price is quoted for your approval before work begins. If you decline the repair, the service call terms explained at booking apply.
Pricing
Quoted prices cover the diagnosed work discussed at your visit. Additional faults found during the job will be explained and quoted separately before any extra work is done.
Access and Safety
Please provide clear access to fixtures, cleanouts, crawlspaces, and shutoffs, and note any pets, gate codes, or hazards on your call. Work may pause if a condition is unsafe, such as an active gas or electrical hazard.
